Sorry for this dilemma. Google have made a mess with their licensing and this has caused a nightmare for all Android users.
We are working hard to correct this, (despite Google’s lack of assistance) and will have a fix uploaded shortly.
In the meantime, do not Uninstall and then Reinstall without having backed up all of your work first as this will not correct the problem and Android will wipe all of your projects.
