        Hi Nick,

I’m having the same nightmare…Have SiteCAD version, using the same set-up…Was thinking I may have to upgrade…Seen your post…Now I don’t know.

We’re you able to solve this?

Thank-you very much in advance for any assistance and/or guidance.

        Best Regards,
        Warren

A few years later. Do you have the Leica Disto transfer software for your particular device installed on your PC ?

Correction: Redstick only needs our D510 device to be paired to the computer. Apparently no need of transfer software? I tested a D510 and the Bluetooth icon will go blue but no measurements are accepted into Redstick. I have tested it on windows 10 and a windows 11 tablet and get the same problem as described above. When I use a a bosch measuring device Redstick accepts the measurements on both my tablet pc’s. The D510 works on other software like Chief Architect on these same tablets. I hope they are still supporting Redstick because I only just bought a windows license in the last couple of months. The D510 is definitely listed as working with windows.

After following all the instructions in the help tutorial, I still cannot get the Leica Disto D510 to work with Redstick Pro on my windows 10 tablet. Bosch GLM 50c will work with Redstick pro at present. I am not sure whether the other Leica Disto devices on the list will work with Redstick Pro becuase they all have the same Bluetooth smart 4.0 technology in them ? ? ? If anyone knows please inform us. Thank you.
